Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Maroc Couture is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages
  
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Signature & Secure Delivery

Due to the value and exclusivity of our garments, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
