Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maroc Couture each piece is thoughtfully curated and produced in limited quantity. Many of our garments are one-of-one designs, created to embody individuality and timeless elegance. For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and imagery prior to completing your order. If you require additional guidance, our team is pleased to assist before purchase.

Damaged Items

While every piece undergoes quality inspection before shipment, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we are here to make it right.

To initiate a claim:

• Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

• Include your order number

• Provide clear photographs of the item and its original packaging

• Returns can be returned within 7 days of receiving your product
• Maroc Couture is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by the shipper. Contact the shipping company for any issues they may have caused. 
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. 

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Upon receiving and verifying the item’s condition, we will issue:

• A refund to your original method of payment, or

• Store credit, upon request

Conditions

To qualify for a refund due to damage:

• The garment must remain unworn and unaltered

• Original tags must be attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet these standards.

We cannot accept returns on any Accessories.

Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to verified damage, return shipping will be covered by us.
